Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BINZAIB. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase or your BINZAIB order number may be required.

To request a return, contact us at shahzaibumar054@gmail.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Personal Care & Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect claims for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved and the replacement product is available, we will provide exchange instructions. Availability may vary.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be issued through an agreed refund method after verification of the customer's details.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days after approval for refund processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, returned without their original accessories/packaging, or are otherwise ineligible under this policy may not be accepted.
