If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay fulfillment, or cancel the affected item or order.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on BINZAIB does not automatically guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

We may verify orders before processing them. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, shipping address, and other order information.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on BINZAIB are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Where online payment methods are introduced, applicable payment-provider terms may also apply.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, and offers at any time. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched through third-party fulfillment and courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, stock availability, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information may be provided where available.

BINZAIB cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed or problematic shipments.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, defective-item claims, and refunds are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact BINZAIB before returning any product.

Products returned without approval may not be accepted.

Eligibility may depend on the product condition, reason for return, product category, hygiene considerations, original packaging, accessories, and the time elapsed since delivery.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
